Pakistani, Green Agate Ring

A solid looking, long flat oval, shiny, deep translucent Green Agate, set into a 9 mm high "boxlike" bezel of broad bands of twisted and woven wire filigree, on a matching wide (8 mm) band.

The Green Agate has a really deep 1940's colour to it, being a translucent, cloudy, sometimes banded Agate that is permanently dyed this relaxed deep green.

It's not stamped 925, but is still probably Sterling, or close to it. As it responds well to an occasional light polish with a dry "Silver Polishing Cloth." (I've taken the liberty of polishing it, as it isn't very old and looks wonderful after a quick shine to bring out its detail !)

It's comfortable to wear, fitting a finger about Size "S" (US 9 1/8)

This ring is another of our time warps, one that surfaced in our office/workroom (after the room was flooded from above) but was actually made during the early 90's, when we found it in Pakistan. (an oldy but a goody!)

If you're after this ring but it's the wrong size, email us as we maystill have it in other sizes. We may also have it in Lapis Lazuli, too, see TR 167.

Age: Late 20th Century.

Size: Finger about "S" (US 9 1/8 ) The green stone measures about L 19 mm x W 12 mm.

Weight: 14 grams.
