Ersari Turkoman, Silver Ring

Sorry, this item is no longer available.
Rich silver, finger hugging, filigree dome, topped with a pile of balls (mulberries?)
A wonderful bold, plain ring for a bigger finger.
On either side there’s a filgree "ram"s horn" (double spirals, one not perfect) tapering to the back. There’s a possibility this is a Saryk Turkoman piece because of its use of filigree, but that’s academic, anyway.
As it’s such a really versatile plain silver piece, that will compliment almost any Tribal silver collection (Rajastani, Middle Eastern/African, etc.)
It will polish up dramatically, using even a dry cloth, the oxidized grime in the recesses is already good.
Most comfortable on a plumper finger, size “V/W” (US 20/20.5)

Age: Late 20th Century.

Size: L 25 mm x W 25 mm

Weight: 18 grams
